This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their personal information is being used.  We are committed to protecting our clients sensitive information as well as protecting their privacy.  

The term (“Client Information”) refers to any information or resources, provided by a client,  that we might require in order to fulfill a request or order made by said client. 

Type of Data Collected

• Client Contact Information –  Information is collected during the registration process initiated by our client when they place an order for service by us.  Information such as Name, Email address, Mailing address, Phone number or other details are collected for the sole purpose of helping us to quickly fulfill the order. All ‘Client Information’ is kept on a secure server.
• Website Activity – In order to ensure our site is working efficiently, we automatically collect information such as IP addresses, device types, geographical information etc… We may also automatically collect information about how you use the Sites, such as your visit history, what you have searched for, viewed, and resources you access or download, including but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data.

Third Party Disclosure

We may share ‘Client Information’ with suppliers or subcontractors for the purpose of order fulfillment.  Any subcontractors we work with must sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement for the purpose of protecting ‘Client Information.’

We will never sell or trade ‘Client Information’ with any third parties that are not a necessary component of the data processing process.

Protecting your Data

We are committed to protecting the security of our “Client Information’ and adhere to strict  data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information.  Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over an SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.

Opt out

Users are able to change their personal information at any time by logging into their account or emailing us at sales@verifieddms.com.  At any time you may also ask that your personal information be permanently removed from our servers.
